LOVE OF GOD

cer

When God loves,
He doesn’t just love,
He lavishes us with love:
His love is extravagant!
When God loves,
He gives!
And when He gives,
He dances with joy!
He loves to give –
The gifts of His love!
God in His pure love,
He poures His goodness and grace
Overwhelming our soul!
Thus, our soul becomes a cup
And His love – Pacific Ocean!
So, I am filled, flooded
With the amazing love of God
That i couldn’t contain it
But let it overflow to others!

Prayer for New Year

pray

Almighty God,
You are my Father!
As Your child,
With a sincere faith
I put my trembling hand
In Your strong hand,
Please, lead me into
The New Year
Through your grace,
To a safety place,
So that I will praise
Your wonderful Name
Amen!

Ten commandments abot preaching

rug.

Ten Commandments of Preaching.

  1. Thou shalt not preach stolen sermons.  God has a message to deliver to your church through you.
  2. Thou shalt tell stories.  When it comes to making an impact, stories work better than facts and points.
  3. Thou shalt finish early in the week.  The principle of first fruits doesn’t just apply to money – put that sermon in the crockpot and give the Holy Spirit more time to speak to you.
  4. Thou shalt make your point memorable.  Having a topic isn’t the same as having a point.
  5. Thou shalt show it, not just say it.  Object lessons, images and props can enhance a message and help it be remembered.
  6. Thou shalt preach what God says, not what you think.  I’m sure your opinions are interesting, but God’s Word is eternal.
  7. Thou shalt find common ground.  People won’t automatically tune in because you’re the preacher or you’re preaching the Bible.
  8. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s style.  You are not Andy Stanley, Francis Chan or Perry Noble.  Not only is that okay, it’s good.
  9. Thou shalt keep it short.  The congregation may stop listening before you’re done talking.
  10. Thou shalt get help.  I know your spouse loves you, but you need more unbiased feedback.

“He is risen; he is not here.” ~ Mark 16:6

“I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?” ~ Jesus Christ – John 11:25, 26

The great tragedy of the church

Most churches are busy with activities, programs and ministries.
Few churches are truly sending out their members to evangelize those in their communities.
1617The Great Commission has fast become the Great Omission.
Evangelism is dying.
Churches are dying.
People are going to hell without Christ.
It is perhaps the greatest tragedy today.

What are you doing to lead your church to become more evangelistic?

IUBIREA MEA

D
eși sunt necazuri
Aici pe pământ…
Eu Te aștept
de parcă ar fi
numai primăvară,
numai flori,
fără nori
și mii de sori…

Te-aștept
și Te voi aștepta
cu toată
credincioșia mea.
Doar Ție îți păstrez
întreagă, iubirea mea!
Îți dau inima mea,
pun mâna mea
în Mâna Ta,
și prin puterea Ta
alerg pe Calea Ta,
înspre țara Ta.
Că vreau să Te-ntâlnesc
pe plaiul cel ceresc,
iubirea mea deplin
să-Ți dăruiesc!

An Ocean In A Drop

John 3:16 has been called An ocean of thought in a drop of language.
I am in awe of this verse, for this verse opened my eyes to the love of God
and I opened my heart to receive the Lord Jesus.
Eternity alone will tell how many millions of souls have been saved because
of these majestic words that bore fruit in their lives.
This gem starts with God and ends with everlasting life.
The Son
who is the theme of John’s Gospel is exactly in the center where He belongs.
It is the GOSPEL condensed in just a few words!

 For God
so loved the world, that He gave His Only
begotten Son
that whosoever believe in Him should not Perish
but have Everlasting
Life
